Evan is a Technology investment banker with deep industry expertise across Application and Infrastructure Software and Consumer Internet. He has advised companies on more than $60B worth of transactions encompassing mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, debt financings, convertible offerings, private capital raises and leveraged buyouts.

At Jefferies, Evan is also responsible for a global coverage effort, across multiple industry teams, focused on Emerging Technology that includes Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, Augmented and Virtual Reality as well as eSports.
